SERVICE[S] PROVIDED:

Advice, information, support and care plans for clients with drug related problems. Assessment and shared care offered with clients' GPs, needle exchange, referral to specialist providers. Well users clinic on Thursday afternoons with Hep B vaccinations, HIV and Hep C screening. Range of welfare services; housing advice, benefits.Two prescribing clinics, GP support services, antenatal service .

SERVICE[S] PROVIDED: An eight week day programme group, operating Monday to Friday. Groups are held on problem solving skills, relapse prevention, relaxation and a range of related subjects. There is also access to complementary therapies, welfare advice and employment support. There is a post support group. Day Programme clients have access to all CDP services. Designated development posts: Black and minority ethnic communities and women's worker.
