SERVICE[S] PROVIDED: Drugscope is one of the UK's leading centres of expertise on drugs. Drugscope was founded in 2000, formed by the merger of two well-established drugs charities, ISDD and SCODA. Our aim is to inform policy development and reduce drug-related risk. We provide quality drug information, promote effective responses to drug taking, undertake research at local, national and international levels, advise on policy-making, encourage informed debate and speak for our member bodies working on the ground. We develop and promote national quality standards, policy frameworks and good practice guidance for agencies. We publish a wide range of material aimed at various professionals, researchers, policy makers and drug users. Our comprehensive information services provide details of local drug services and projects and, through its unrivalled library, information on all aspects of drug misuse.
