SERVICE[S] PROVIDED: Have 5 lines, staffed by alcoholics sober in AA for a least one year. Aim to put people in touch with their local AA group. First-time callers are offered the option of having a local AA member contact them with a view to taking them to a meeting near them, or they may prefer to go directly to a meeting. Literature may be sent, giving information about AA and the address of meetings nearby. Family members are offered the telephone number of Al-Anon and information about AA if they wish
