about
us - introduction
In
this part of the site you will find information on past and current
initiatives undertaken by the Community Drug Education Project
and the reports we have commissioned and which brought the Project
to life.
CDEP
does a lot of different things in order to equip local people
with the skills and information to deal with the issues arising
from drug use. One of our priorities is education for parents
because there is a generation gap in knowledge about, and attitudes
to, drugs. Another is to train people who work in the community
who will, through their work pass on information and offer better
help to people who may be using drugs.
